Purpose:
Ellesse are well known for their sport and street wear and are currently experiencing a surge in brand popularity. As the brand diversifies, they look back to their heritage in ski wear. In 2020, Ellesse launched a new collection at the world’s biggest outdoor winter show ISPO in Munich. For the event, Ellesse turned to Whiteroom to design a clean, bold and simple presentation. With this in mind, we crafted an experience inspired by fashion which enriched the brand image of Ellesse.
Result:
The space was clean, bold and on point for Ellesse. Extremely thoughtful in its details and execution, the space felt effortless with a real focus on simplicity. A small edit was on display with a catwalk style run of mannequins and one further rail of colourways and styles, giving the public the ability to view and interact with the clothing. This was complemented by seamless brand images creating a backdrop for the space, illuminated with retail focus lighting and architectural linear strips of led light. We aligned this with floor markings, offering a subtle reference to mountain ranges and ski-trails, creating a space that felt all at once authentic and on-brand. The clothing stand was approachable and busy, seeing plenty of interest in the whole collection throughout the event.
